Hi all. I'm new to 名媛直播 new to Larix, so I have a few questions about my Larix 名媛直播. I'm afraid the needles are starting to turn yellow.? What may be the cause of the needles turning yellow?
Will I not harm the tree if now I brush the shoots with needles because I think that there are too many and dense of them?
Can I add soil to the pot because I think there are deficiencies in the ground in the pot?
Thank you for your time.

Where are your location? How long have you had it? How much sun does it get?
I dont think the tree looks like it have any problems, looks healthy to me.
I would not remove needles in this stage. The tree will need all of them to thicken up and heal that wire scar.
Yes, you can top up with soil if you wish.

Location: UK
I have this tree since autumn 2021 when it was already after shedding the needles. I did not know what kind of tree I got. There were after needles, it looked like dead. The previous owner stated that the tree had died. So I took the tree to my house;-)
The sun has a few hours in the morning. Unfortunately, I do not have a better sunny place for the tree.
And I think it's a Larix leptolepis/pseudolarix not Larix decidua.

Thats quite a lucky catch. Good for you that you took care of this "dead" tree
I don't see any need for doing anything at this moment. Just pay attention to care during the season. Come next spring I would suggest repotting.
Oh, yes. Larches needs a lot of light, if possible look for better position.

My experience is that larches likes to be on the wet side all the time.
