In temperate climate, the trees around you is temperate trees. They should never be brought inside, that is hostile environment that will eventually kill them.

Ahh, my bad. I thought you were going to collect seedlings outside and bring inside.
I think you need to read up on the species you have sown yourself. Tropicals die outdoors in frost. Temperate species die indoors in winter, you have quite a mix there.
Bringing indoors for making work on the trees a few hours is allways fine.

Norway spruce is very soft. You can wire from it has got its first branches until the trunk is almost 15 mm thick. I would shose to wire when it has reached the hight of the final design. At least if you are creating a 50cm or smaller tree.

im also growing all the trees form seeds what is some good tips
and should i keep multiple sprouts in the same pot untell a year and then repot them into sepret pots
