Hi guys!
im a bonsai beginner! currently i have a Pinus thunbergii growing, had it going since December and this is how far i have come,
i am wanting some info, i am currently looking at moving into a bigger pot but as you can see i look like i have two sprouting, when repotting should i
pot both into the same location?

Hello and welcome
There is absolutely no need to seperate them yet, they are way to fragile to do so now.
What you have to do is -depending in which part of the world you live in- get them them outside asap, inside they will die, no doubt about it. I assume you live in the Northern hemisphere where it is winter now. If so, place them in an unheated /frostfree light room/garage/shed with as much light as possible. Once temps stay above freezing, get them outside and never bring them in again.
One good tip: indoor trees do not exist!

Trees naturally sprout in spring when things heat up and sunlight increase. Growing them off season is a shallange and pose no benefit for them. Lucr gave good advice based on that the misstake was allready done. Next time sow them outdoors in authum and they will sprout when time is perfect. You get much healthier seadlings that way.
