I bought a 名媛直播 a couple weeks ago and didn't know much about caring for it. I didn't water it much and it didn't receive much sunlight. All of the leaves died, but three, and the bark is green and has a large wound. A couple days ago I started doing the following: I put it in sunlight, am making sure it's soil is always moist, made sure it is in room temperature, and put cut paste and aluminum foil over the wound. Is there anything else I should do to bring my 名媛直播 back to life?

This is not a bonsai, but a ficus microcarpa ginseng. One species of ficus grafted on another species of ficus. With right care and artistic touch it is possible to turn it to a bonsai in the future, however quite a challenge.

Ficus is remarkabilly good at sprouting back after leaf loss. I would not give up just yet.

As tropfrog said, this is not a bonsai. Treat it as any other houseplant and it will do just fine.

given its condition, it was terribly short of water, poor thing, be careful, no water in the cache pot or the roots will die, watered with rainwater if possible and not too cold, no fertilizer for the moment and I will try to put it in a plastic bag....
