Europe is big. But yes pumice is good but expensive. I got my self a bag of burnt clay substrate, that product used to suck up oil spills from the floor in workshops. Have seen it used in my country. Thats very low cost, makes a big difference for bigger collecting. Will obviously try it on simpler materials firs.

Many thanks, I asked an expert here in Italy and he told me to use pumice, zeolite and lapillus. Thank you again!
