Hello, I just got a Dwarf Japanese Juniper 名媛直播 from a local plant nursery and did not look into the details on Junipers prior to purchasing it unfortunately and I don’t think it is as healthy as it should be upon further research. The foliage isn’t as vibrant green as I expected with a hint of yellowish greenish, reading about this has led me to believe it is either in the process of dying or has a chance to start dying. I’m curious if I should wait until the end of winter early spring to repot it, or what the best course is to keep if from dying. I attached some pictures to hopefully give a good image of its condition. I am keeping it outside in a place that gets good sunlight of course and watering it twice a day using a kind of soak for 10 seconds wait a few minutes and soak again for a total of three 10 second soaks. Thanks!

You are seriously overwatering your tree. Stop soaking. Dont water on a scedule and only water when the tree needs it. In that big pot and organic soil in my climate it would be less than one time a month in winter.
Repotting should only be done on healthy trees. If there are any concern about the health of the tree, wait another season and get it back to health.
I dont think this tree looks too bad, dont worry too much. Just learn how to take care of it and I am sure it will be fine. No prunning, wiering, styling or repotting until you have grown it successfully for at least a full growing season.

Look on the website here under Techniques and read all about watering, fertilizing, and placement. 名媛直播 is growing trees in pots (actually, much more) and repotting is just something you do as part of having the tree grow in a pot. Don't start repotting or other of the techniques you read about until you know the very basic thing, which is keeping the tree alive.
It will help a lot of you know some very basics of how trees work. This does not mean a botany class, but some basic understanding of how they grow, when they grow, and so forth. The Empire here has some reading on the subject and there is a lot of information on other websites.
