Cold weather care of juniper bonsai? was created by David in Seattle

I've been given a small juniper bonsai -- and I live in Seattle. The weather forecast for the next few days calls for nighttime temperatures down to 15 degrees F., daytime temperatures up to only 24 degrees F. Is it better to move my bonsai up next to my house into a sheltered spot or should I bring it inside my unheated (but attached) garage which is dark but will not be so cold until the cold snap is over? Thanks to all -- and to all Happy Holidays! David

-10 c is no problem for junipers. If it makes you feel better moving it, any of your suggestions is ok. Just as long as you dont bring it into living room conditions.

Nice pic! I think the tree likes the current location and condition.
