Hello!Am new to bonsai, been watching videos and tried to follow tutorials and advices on forum, but I think I need some of your help.Bought a ficus ginseng bonsai 1,5 weeks ago (photo included) from local store and it had some dried leafs and even green leafs was falling. At first thought it could be over dried, so watered it well and allowed all water to drain out. Couple days later it still was loosing green leafs and couple more dried out. Btw bonsai is sitting next to a window, with not much direct Sunlight (max 1-2 hours per day at winder time, mostly cloudy in Estonia). Some videos told that it’s okey for ginseng to loose leafs during the winter, but there is barely no new ones coming. Noticed that some roots were exposed, mb the pot is too small, but read that it’s not advices to repot until November. Thought mb it good to add some fertilizer or it doesn’t use it during the winter? So what can I do to help it to survive ? Repot now or leave it to be and hope it will recover by it self ?
Btw the wire got removed and bonsai receive daily dose on sprinkled mineral water (from filter)

Hi and welcome!

Think (sub) tropical: Warm, moist and bright light. This is what you need to give the tree to be happy.

Moving ficus around is for many tricky. Dropping leaves..

You do not need to repot. Do not repot untill you get this healthy, unless certain that root trouble are the reason it is not healthy!
