So I purchased this juniper a month ago and it looked like it needed help, it’s improved some after repotting and basic care but I’m not satisfied with its improvement. It looks “dull” and I’m rather new to bonsai, I’m unsure if it’s a result of the season being winter or if it’s unhealthy. Also I no longer am able to keep any of my bonsai on my balcony ledge which is virtually the only place I get sunlight, I have a lot of grow lights and was hoping on any advice doing a indoor setup. I know it’s not ideal for a lot of bonsai especially junipers but I have no other option. Any tips or advice on reviving it and possible indoor setups would be greatly appreciated

Its dead. It died because it was repotted in the wrong season and kept indoors.

I see a other juniper like tree on the table. Don't keep that one indoors, or it might get the same fate as this one.
