Leaves falling off and some of them have brown dots. Is this normal? Many thanks for the help.

When authum arives and out heating systems kicks in the air gets a lot more dry, ficus loose leafs under this conditions. You can prevent it by mowing the tree to a colder place around 10c.

Where do you keep the tree? Do you have a picture?
I would NOT recommend moving your ficus to a place that is 10c. It will suffer. being a tropical species, room temperature is much better for them.

I attached the photos of the ficus. What do you think? Should I move it somewhere else?

Spot looks good, assuming it gets some direct sunlicht for a few hours.
Make sure you water enough. Do not have the roots sit in soggy soil. but a ficus response to dry air & dry roots it to drop leaves.
