I have been growing this tree since May 2020. I have repotted it twice. I do not know what kind it is.
Can anyone help me identify it and assist in determning how to prune.

It is a Pine, and you will not be pruning or doing anything else for two years.

And, if you are keeping it inside ( looks that way) , you will not have to worry about anything because it will die

I think he ment that trees from temperate zones needs a clear dormancy period in order to survive. Without it, they will slowly deteriourate and die. Trees are just adapted to the area they have developed in for thousands of years.
