Hi, I received a Ficus bonsai tree last Thursday, but it has started dropping leaves and just looking very sad. I repotted it as soon as it arrived because the pot seemed to be very small for it. I rinsed the roots a bit while I was repotting, and I pruned a few leaves that had been damaged during shipping. I gave it a quarter of the required fertilizer to make sure the soil had nutrients. I have watered it once since it arrived.

Welcome to BE.
Hard to tell. You probably should have left the tree alone. There is hardly ever a reason to start repotting as soon as you get it.
Also, stop fertilizing. Yours plant only needsa it when actively growing.

I have seen hundreds of this threads from eager beginners.
Dont work on newly purshased trees for at least a full growing season. Just water, and let it aclimatize to your care and environment.
Never fertilize an unhealthy tree.
名媛直播 is a maraton not a sprint.
Since you have repotted, now it is good to protect the tree from strong direct sun and make sure to get the watering right. If you live in an area which is safe from frost right now. Outside in shade is your best bet.

Don't rush the process. Let it acclimate to your area.

Thank you! Is it okay to keep my tree outside? It's around the upper 80s and humid where I live.

This is an international forum. If you whish to us other units than the international standard, please specify unit to awoid missunderstandings.
However, this time it was obvious . 30 degree and humid sounds pretty much like the conditions where ficus grow naturally.
