Maybe it's Fukien tea tree. If not, it might be a ficus.

After some research I've come to find it's a Fukien Tea tree. Thanks for the reply.

I was told this is a Sea Green Juniper but have doubted that for about 5 years. Want to once and for all know for sure. It grows like a sea green but the foliage is just too blue to make me feel confident. Please help!

The leaves started looking dry and not as shiny so I repotted it in a mixture of pumice, lava, calcined clay and pine bark. I'm wondering if I should've mixed in some regular soil with it?

I am sorry to tell you....noone in temperate climate manages to make this species survive. It is just not adapted to our conditions.

And repotting an already struggling tree usually means a death sentence.
