You did not get bonsai seeds, such thing do not exist. You got normal tree seads. They will grow to full size trees if left to grow.

If you want to grow bonsai from seads, go out in your local area and collect them yourself. They will be proven hardy to your area and fresher than those kit seads that proboably have been stored dry on a shelf in a warehouse.
