My bonsai is dying

Please can someone help me! I’ve had my bonsai for around 6 months, but about 2 months ago all the leaves started to fall off, it recovered but happened again last week and no new leaves are coming through. Can anyone help?

put it outside in dappled shade, and keep evenly moist, not wet.

Obviously you kept it indoors. A bonsai tree is a tree, and this needs to be outdoors. You could bring a bonsai indoors for at most 2 days.

we had same problem i put it outside and its thriving just keep it out of harsh weather

The term indoor tree is used by the industry for trees that need some protection in winter. In production they are kept in temperature controlled greenhouses. Living room conditions year round is not good for any tree. They slowly deteriorates and dies within first few years.
Put it outside now when its summer. But start in shaded position and move slowly to sunny.
In winter indoor trees needs 0,5 or 10c. Try to find out correct conditions for your tree.
