Do not repot in the middle of the summer. You did what you did and there are nothing to do about it. Now, my advice is the same: Do not repot in the middle of the summer. Doing the same misstake again will not make it better.

Guess I should stop repotting in summer you say?

Just repotted 3 potentilla's last week. And 3 weeks ago a big juniper.

Repotting in summer works fine, if you know what you are doing. More can go wrong. But it does not have to. Beginners should avoid it, because there is more scope for mistakes in early spring. But is by no means a death sentence.

Was that a missprint? Sholdnt it be more scope for misstakes in summer?

Scope might be the wrong word. More leeway. More allowance.
In other words, you can get away with more mistakes
