Good day,
I have purchased several kind of seeds for bonsai and it is currently middle of summer where i live (Lithuania), most of the seeds i have are suited to my climate, so they require cold stratification before sowing since we have cold winters. My question is what is the optimal way to do this? Cold stratify now in the fridge and keep it indoors over winter? Or wait for fall, stratify in the fridge, then sow in the spring? Or is my best bet sowing in the fall and letting winter stratify it for me?
Any advice is appreciated!
Cheers!

You do realise that you need 15 years plus to grow these trees (not bonsai)? You would be better waiting until autumn to sow these seed, and sow then, leaving them outside.

I do understand, and after long consideration i decided this is how i want to do it :> I guess i was not wrong thinking that its best to do it like nature does it.
Thanks for the advice!
