Hi all, I have always had an interest in outdoor bonsai since I saw some at a customers house. 2 years ago when visiting my mum I picked up some acorns from an oak tree I used to play on as a child. I put them in builders buckets and all 9 have grown. They are now all between 30cm and 45cm tall. Any advice on my next steps would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you want to put movement to the trunk, that can be done now, when they are small and flexible. After that, just let grow. At next repotting you can cut the tap root and comb the other roots into a radial pattern.
