Hi,
The tree is located outdoors. a few hours of sun a day. Re-potting is not so much an option at this time.
Any advises regarding pruning, how and where to prune, or other advises for this tree ?
Any estimation on tree age ? Any other supporting opinions on this tree ?
Thanks!

What are the white things? get rid of them. Olives need SUN SUN SUN. Pruning can be done once the extensions are long enough. The growth from the base should be cut out. Only you can see where to prune, it is quite dense. If it was mine I would cut back hard and let grow again, but that is me.

Thanks for the reply,
White stones are there for decoration, why get rid of them ?
Why growth from the base should be cut out ? Can you please explain ?
If pruning, how long is it estimated for new leaves to be there ?
And any rough estimation on the tree age ?

Because it prevents you from judging the humidity of the soil, and it prevents water from entering the soil. Get rid of them, they serve no purpose.
I would cut away all big branches, leaving only the old trunk and work from there. These branches are too straight and uninteresting, new shoots can be wired to give an impression of age.
Edit: forgot to mention this plant needs full sun all day, not a few hours
