Hello, I'm very green (pun intended) at gardening. We were given a bonsai in bereavement for my father in-laws passing. I'd like help identifying this. We have had it since Oct 2020. It's growing taller but no flowers. Should I replant it outside? We live on the Central coast, Salinas, California.
