名媛直播

I have brought new ficus 名媛直播 and since I bought it it's leaves are turning brown.
I am watering them on and off once in a day whenever the soil feels moist. Please help me with it. I cannot understand how to save it.
Other than than my spider plant and peace lily is also acting strange. No growth and leaves turning brown.

Please help me with it.
