Twin trunk Juniperus slowly turning brown in certain areas was created by Ns australia

I received a Juniperus bonsai last week from my partner 1st day I received I did notice small spider webs on it but didn’t think anything now he paid a lot of money for it so I bring it in if a night time and place it back out side at 7 am and bring in around 6pm I live in Australia and it has started looking unhealthy with the folage changing colours light green dark green and different spot of brown please give me advice on what to do please

I added some photos unsure if you can see them on further inspection just now I’m finding a lot of webbing in amongst the foliage it looks similar to strand of dental floss

Cant see the strands you are talking about, but most of these infestations are a result of keeping it inside.
Place it outside, in full sun. Give it a good shower with a garden hose, really "clean" the foliage with the spray.
If the problem continues buy an appropriate insecticide.
Or, since you don't have it that long, go back to the shop it came from and ask for help there ( mind you that sometimes the people that work there don't have a clue of what they are talking about...)

The brown is because someone trimmed the tree in those spots.
The lighter colour.. You do not mean the growing tips do you?
