Hi, so I have two bonsai trees.
One is a 2012 Saotome Azalea, and the second one is a 2015 Chinese Elm.
With my Azalea, I've noticed that the moss has become brown, the leaves are drying and it just looks very sad.
With the Chinese Elm, I've noticed some colour change in the leaves and the moss isn't a vibrant green anymore.
I have had the Azalea for 2 years and the Chinese Elm for a month.
I love my trees a lot, but I'm not sure what to do about them now as they were both gifted to me as presents.
The Azalea is the smaller tree with the little fisher man sitting down, and the Chinese Elm is the bigger tree.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Without a picture it is quite impossible to say anything, but let me guess, they are inside?

The azalea is dead, the elm might have a chance:place it outside, water it throughly with a garden hose or watering can untill water spills from the drainage hole. Repeat when the soil feels a bit dry. Do not fertilise or fiddle with it.
