Mimosa Pudica & Judas Tree Seedlings

Hi there,
I've managed to grow from seed in tiny soil bags:
- 1x Judas Tree
and
- 1x Mimosa Pudica (actually 3/4 seedlings didn't survive).
The Mimosa survivor seedling seemed to move each time I was watering it so I've figured I should replant it.
The stem was moving in the soil, I've figured it's roots weren't properly grounded.
At the time, I was preparing soil mixture for Japanese Black Pine.
So that's what I've actually used for it (akadama/pumice/lava rocks + vermiculite in the middle).
It seems fine for now...
Questions:
- what soil would you recommend for Mimosa?
- what soil would you recommend for Judas tree?
- should I keep them outside or inside at this stage?
I'm a bit worried about the wind might knock down the Judas tree soil bag and that the Mimosa plant is too tiny and fragile.
Thank you!

Unfortunately the Judas tree died due to improper care.
The mimosa survived, but I won't replant it quite soon.
