Hello all, this tree has had quite a rough time. I've manged to overcome the previous issues that's it's had l, but now I'm at a loss. Part of the truck looks shriveled/pruned. From research I believe that it's over watered. It previously had aphids, and some damaged from neem oil. The tree was doing well and now it just seems to be going down hill. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
