Hi! I bought this Ficus Ginseng yesterday, when i touch the leaves i get some white dots which i think are bugs, i tried the water and dishwasher diy spray yesterday, and I will repeated today, the roots are also going white is that a bad sign?

If you bought a plant with pests on it yesterday I would suggest to take it back to the store and claim refund.

Do you have a picture of the white dots on the leaves? This species naturally has white dots on the leaves. Just to make sure you actually have something concerning.
The white on the roots is cacium carbonate, or schale. Not a real issue, although over time it will raise the PH leading to reduced nutrient uptake.
