So, I'm a completely new grower. I growed them from seeds, and like that big like on the picture. My problem is, that one of the larch, the upper right corner, sometimes laying down, then staning up. I suspect that plastic thingy (if I bend it it's a pot, yes, but looks weird and small to me) I've got with the set is too small for them, should I wait until next year to separate them, or I should do it now carefully. I really would like to keep all of them, but don't know if they will be fine like this for a year, or will kill each other. I would like to get some advice, please!

You will not produce anything like the pictures for a very long time if ever. These seedlings are still too small to handle so you will have to wait until you can. They should not be inside once there is no danger of frost. That is the reason they are getting elongated, lack of light. They can be separated once they are bigger. Could be getting dry if it flops.

thank you for the advice, the only reason I didn't dare to bring them out yet is the weather, there's no frost, but a lot of rain, as I'm living in London, and I was afraid they will get too much water when it sometimes raining for days. Is it a problem, or can I bring them out to the balcony anyway?

Yes I think you could put them out, they need to harden off.
