Hello, I've had this bonsai tree for about 7 months now and it has been doing well. It recently had to become an indoor plant due to the weather, but I'm afraid that was a poor decision on my part. After leaving it with my parents, i think a few times it was not watered at all, so the combination of these two factors has definitely taken a toll on the bonsai thus far. Anytime I touch the leaves or move it, it is so dry that they fall off with little to no contact.
I wanted to seek out advice and help to see if it is still salvageable and the best way to replenish the roots to help the tree have that vivid green color again. Thank you for your guys' help in advance! PLEASE HELP MEEE!!

please tell me you did not try to grow a juniper indoors?

It is dead anyways.

As LB says, that is a dead juniper, and its dead because you place dit inside.
You say you did so because of the weather- trees dont go inside when the weather is bad in human eyes. Leave them outside, where they belong, there is no such thing as an indoor tree.
Edit: looking closer at the pictures i noticed that that might be a pot without a drainage hole?

Okay, just as a future reference for myself, no matter the harsh weather conditions keep the tree outside?
i drilled a drainage hole recently, this was the pot i received it in initially.

Junipers can benefit some protection when temperature drops below -20. If there are snow on top of it that is enough.

Some protection doesnt mean to bring it inside; it means place it in a frostfree, not heated garage/greenhouse/garden shed,...
