Hi!
My sister and I decided we would try to grow bonzai together. We bought kits to grow from seeds, and I already have 1 that is sprouting like crazy. The question is .... What do I do now? There are alot of these in the pot and I am just not sure what to do.
Do i replant them so they are separated?

They are not bonsai. What you have are tree seeds it looks as if they are getting little or no light, so they need to be moved to where they get as much light as possible

HI!
I took the picture at night, but I am using a grow light for them as well.

Yes, you will eventually need to separate the seedlings before their roots become intertwined. And I agree with @m5eaygeoff, they will need sunlight. The grow lights are great for starting plants but not for the long term. The plants will ultimately require natural sunlight, and for seedlings maybe bright indirect/filtered light would be best (e.g. half closed window blinds, screen, etc.).
Hope this helps and good luck

Hi Emili, these are not yet bonsai, perhaps in a few years (10/15 years) you'll be able to appreciate their true beauty and put them in a suitable pot.
For now, I reccomend you give them plenty of sunlight and water (but don't overwater) and let them grow strong.
Cutting and styling comes later on.
Enjoy the journey!

Hello, nice to see you and your sister showing interest on bonsai...
Just have in mind that people telling you those are not bonsai, are not trying to bum you at all...
It means it takes time and learning to get those little seedlings into something that looks like a tree...
m5eaygeoff said that they're needing light based on how long the seedlings got, that means it's seeking more light.
I think in a week or two you can already think about separating them, when their stems are a bit stronger, in a few months you can plan to cut their taproot to start developing a nice nebari sooner, so until there you have some time to research about it, and about how to take care of that seedlings.
That also depends on how much they'll grow, for example...
Look at those Flamboyant seedlings, on the first picture, they were like a week old, the picture was taken February 9, and I was separating them, their roots were small, but already starting to ramificate, the second picture is today, less than two weeks after (I only lost one because it was bitten by some insect), so they are now growing much more roots, and already taking some direct sunlight (being carefull to never let them dry as it's summer here, it can dry really fast), If they were together, it could be a bit more difficult to separate without damaging some roots.
