The sagretia is one of those understory plants that dont fare well with too much sun. Here at the empire it says minimum temperature 12 degrees. But usda hardiness rating is 5 degrees. I am sure your sweet plus will be better off outside under a tree in filtered light than in your conservatory.
I dont know anyone that has grown the fukien tree succesful. But I imagine your conservatory beeing the best option.
