Hi there My tree is a Chinese elm bonsai. so and I want have it indoor. you don't really explane about my tree and what i need to do. with watering and fertilising .

This is in my humble opinion THE worst problem with bonsai indoors.
Lack of wind, and good water jets now and then.
They get full of temporary or permanent visitors in a cozy environment.

Iv decided to leave it permanently outside. is there a certain place to put it because i have herd too much sun and rain can effect the tree. Chinese elm

Put it outside now in full sun location exposed to all elements. Chinese elm are perfectly hardy in uk and tollerates rain. This spring you need to protect from frost because it hasent hardened off correctly. Next winter if kept outside that will not be a problem until prolonged time of -10 or more. Wery rare in your location right?
