Hi guys i have problem with leaves geting black on my tree, they are not fallimg off just looking bad. Recently I sprayed it preventively as i had some issues with spider mites on my other indoor trees...

It looks like a tropical tree, hence my comments will not be welcome here.
But I think it is suffering from low humidity in northern hemisphere winter living room conditions.

All comments are welcome, it is tropical tree, and i have it on the humidity tray and i sprinkle leaves every day, tree also have it own light source. I notice that it might be reaction between: leaves, chemical and light from lamp as only those leaves that are most in front are hurting, but im not a specialist...

You can forget about humidity trays, that is a myth.Does not work, simple as that.
Second: our houses are waaaaay to dry for tropical species, they will always experience problems when brought inside in winter.
