Your tree is not happy. The cause is just impossible to say if no information about care and environment is awailable.

Fair point so its in a decent size bonsia pot for the plant with premium bonsai substrate (a mixed selection of gravels like akadama and other well draining water and nutrient retaining gravel) its kept on my bedroom windowsil with ok light and the room is nice temperature not to warm not to cold. I've had it for about 4 months. First it dropped 2 branches with yellowing leaves but coming to winter I expected that. And it's just started growing the past 2 weeks and grew the branch that today has a end of the stem levea curling up and falling of. No yellowing no browning. I don't know what else to add to help your thought process but I don't know what could be causing it

a picture could help.
Plants that drop complete branches have major issues. Are you sure it is not just leaves falling off?
Might be dark / cold / dry / wet ...

EIther you are showing something else than what you are talking about or you misunderstand the morphology of the plant. You have one stem/trunk. Everything that comes off that centre stalk are leaves. So you have only 3 leaves on the plant.
As long as these stay happy it is fine. I would consider adding light, or if not yet, placing it in a spot in the sun. These are tropicals and need lots of light to stay happy.
I see the drip-tray underneath the pot is full of water. Remember to empty it if it fills up this much. You now run the risk of the substrate staying wet all the time.
