where are you located?
My initial thought was, Larix spp. but if you are in winter, this tree would be devoid of needles. So I am not thinking in the area of the cedrus family. Not certain though.

I’m located in Washington state, so it is winter here.

It is winter and you are keeping the tree outside?

Yes I am keeping it outside since it’s an outside tree. But I’d be able to take better care of it if I knew what kind it is.

All trees are outdoor trees
I second lb. Looks a lot like larch, but should be without needles by now. Strange.

My first idea was cedrus because of the bleuish color of the needles.
