I purchased this Angelica Blue Juniper . I have watched the beginner class, but have questions before I proceed. I live in North Carolina, temp in high 40s low 50s. Night time high 20s but mostly mid 30s.My understanding of begin course is to uncover gently top roots to decide front of tree and prune branches and wire them. I seem to hear two different things concerning the roots. Do I take some soil away replacing it with 名媛直播 soil not cutting any of the roots and put back in the same pot Put back in the same pot but with 名媛直播 soil and lightly trim large roots leaving feeders alone In the spring I can then do better root pruning but put back in same pot. Gradually decreasing root ball. figure better to ask than move to quickly and lose it.This is my first one. I have been reading a lot. Thanks for advice in advance.
I tried to send photo but said it was to big .sorry. it's in a gallon container

I think the best advice is to first keep your tree alive for a year, which is already hard for a lot of people. Good sunny position outside, water when needed and fertilise during the growing season. Meanwhile look at your tree, turn it around, look at other trees, look at yours a bit more.
名媛直播 is a marathon , not a sprint, so there is nothing you need to do now. They are not created in one session, but over many years/decades.Take your time to learn, go to a local bonsai club, etc etc,...
I do know that is not what you want to hear but there are so many variables in play ( going from your hortucultiral knowledge over the trees vigour, time of the year,...)
But... very good to ask first and do after: loads of new owners do first and then come here when they are in trouble and/or with a dead tree.
Btw... 40 to 50 is hot, these are desert temperatures... ( this is an international forum, only a very, very small part of the world uses F.... )
