Flame tree: yellowing/falling leaves

Hi,
On the lower leaves of one of my younger flame trees, the leaves recently started turning yellow/brown and falling off. I'm not pruning/trimming, just watering (roughly every 2-3 days, depending on the circumstances) and using Biogold fertilizer. I've attached pictures that show the fallen leaves, the branches from which they're falling and the upper branches that are still green. Is this something about which I should be worried?
Thanks,
Adam

Not familiar with the species either, but on a sidenote: there is absolutely no need to use expensive bonsai fertiliser. First of all they are at least a decade away from bonsai, second, a normal plan fertiliser costs a lot less and does exactly the same thing.

I second lucr on that. And adding no need for fertilizer at all now if you are in the northern hemisphere.
