Hi I've just joined the forum and would like to know if anyone can tell me why my Chinese juniper is turning slightly yellow , i have 2 and the other one is fine

lack of fertilizer
Too close to the sun
Winter discoloring.

Main though: Watering issue.

Do you keep it inside or outside? What is the season right now where you are?
