Hi I'm hoping you can help I have 2 bonsai both have been doing fine but the leaves one have started to look droopy and it doesn't look well I have gently scraped the bark in couple of places and can confim there is still green under it I don't know the types as they came with no information I have checked for insects but can see non I have added some pictures. As you can see in pics the tree beneath the bark is very green in the area in pic but the leaves are droopy and just doesn't look well. the other tree a leaf has been nibbled at by something but it seems perfectly healthy. Any advice and help for both would be appreciated especially the one that looks bad also would be nice to know what species they both are. Thankyou in advance for any help provided.
