I have two trees that sit side by side but one has started looking poorly. I’ve had it two years and it didn’t do this last winter. Anyone any idea why it’s not looking itself. I’m hoping to save it if there is an issue.

...simple: it is inside. They can take the environment in our houses for a little while but in the end they will start to go down the hill. There is no such thing as an indoor tree. If you are in the northern hemisphere winter is coming so you cant place it outside now. So, place it in an unheated room, with lots of light and hope it will survive till spring , then you can place it where it belongs: outside. Btw, do the same to the other one.
