Hi,
I bought a ficus microcarpa ginseng back in April and immediately repotted it due to mold growing on top of the soil (I got it at a Safeway). Anyways I live in Washington close to the Idaho border and it's winter here. I had had it in a window where it was growing great but then it got too cold a few weeks ago so I moved it to an inside wall and put a plant light over it. It has been on the inside wall for 3 weeks and in the last few days it's dropped almost all it's leaves. I think it's dropping them because I moved it. What do I do now?

Hi, welcome emily.

Your plant is a ficus, often referred to as a ginseng ficus.
These are sold as bonsai, but are more like regular houseplant ficus. As such, care for these is like any other ficus/houseplant. They need to stay warm. Do not keep the soil soaking wet and ensure good light.

In this case, the moving around probably with very wet soil are an issue.
If you water the plant, do not do this by soaking the plant in a tub of water, but with a can, on top of the soil and only when the top of the soil is dry-ish (Don't go overboard, the roots should never fully dry out)

Thanks,
I've been watering when the top inch is dry and have never had any problems in the past and have had it for 8 month. I have a plant light for it since it moved from the window so I think it's getting good light. I have lots of other plants but this is my only one having issues. It's staying warm too. I haven't changed it's routine besides moving it. Should I try to move it back to the window? I'm just not sure what to do to revive it.

Thanks in advance.

Ficus often drop leaves when moved.

If the conditions is good for the tree where it was moved to, it will grow new ones.
