Hi everyone,
I bought a bonsai almost 2 months ago, it's my first. The special thing about it is that its grown from inside a rock in a cement pot. Which I found artistic.
It's a ficus as far as i can tell.
At first i placed it in the living room i noticed it started dropping leaves (they were green and not changing colors) than i moved it to another room in front of the window where there is more light, it kept losing leaces and some turning yellow. Than i moved it to the balcony it started showing signs of recovery and new buds. But the weather turned really cold soon after that. I took inside to the kitchen and placed an led light on top of it but it's not working. It lost most of it's leaves and they're pale or yellowish.
The problem with my house is lighting, i dont have a South facing window.
What can i do to save my bonsai? Is it possible to setup something simple indoors?
I attached pictures of when it was healthy and now

Trees dont like it indoors. Ficus in particular dislikes being moved around, they typically drop their leaves. find a good spot with lots of light and leave it there. I dont know in which part of the world you live but if temps are above 15 your plant will be much happier outside, where it belongs.
The cement block could be a major problem: water doesnt enter the soil there, so it could be bone dry underneath. If it survives it will even be a bigger problem: the trunk will become thicker and will choke itself in that tiny hole.
Btw: its not because your plant is in a bonsai pot that it automatically becomes/is a bonsai....
