Hi,
My name is Shane and I am an old newbie.
I have received my Ficus Starter kit, which I found to be of great quality. I completed the potting process as the instructions laid out and now waiting out the 6 -8 months before pruning and shaping.

I have the tree indoors as I can guarantee a temp about 70F and I have placed the tree under a grow light that I have on for 3 hrs a day.

It is losing leaves that over the time of 4 days has been about 9% or 10%. Is that an acceptable amount to experience after a repotting and a very small amount of root trimming (less that 20%).
