Sekka Hinoki yellow / lime branches

A few days ago I started noticing that some branches of my Hinoki were becoming yellow. I never had a bonsai of this type so I'm not sure if this is normal in the Autumn or there is something really wrong with the tree. It's outside receiving plenty of direct sunlight and I water it as soon as the soil is becoming dry.

Hinoki and juniper generally lose needles that aren't producing. they may not have been getting enough sun... it looks like the other needles are growing fine... where do you have the tree?

Hey, thank you for responding. I have my bonsais outside, in the balcony, and I change their position so that the light reaches everywhere. It's strange that some of the needles yellowing are in areas were the sun shouldn't have any problems to reach...
