Hey guys first time 名媛直播 keeper here, hello!
See the images to check out my problem.
Plant was doing fine for a couple of weeks but it wasn't getting any natural light in my photo studio. So I moved it to the piano where we get sun regulatory. It isn't direct sunlight as the plant is usually covered by the sheer curtain.
Water base and spray the leaves every day but shedding and browning getting worse.
I have no garden or balcony so cannot the tree outside - unless moving it to a friends house!
No sign of spider or any other insect on the plant.
Any ideas? would be greatly appreciated - especially from those who keep plants indoors.
N.B Have not tried any bonsai plant food yet.

Your tree is dead , and thats because it is inside. Indoor trees do not exist, Pines are just impossible to keep inside.
As you say you haven't given any plant food , which is sunlight. Plants eat sunlight . What you call plant food is fertiliser ( but you are not the first here to make that mistake)
Apart from that you don't water every day but when the soil feels dry,
