Hi. I got my Chinese elm at the begging of the year. And it has looked really nice until recently.
I keep it on the window cill. I use the bonsai food with water about once a month. Water about once a week/when it’s started to dry out.
Other the latest 6 weeks it looks really sad. I haven’t had to trim it in a while because it hasn’t really grown it’s just drooping.
Also I notice tiny little insects in the soil.
I have some pics. Wondering if anyone can help me! (Go easy on me  )

Your tree needs to be outside, its as simple as that. There is no such thing as an indoor tree.
So, outside with it ( except if you live on the north pole), in the sun , give it a good drench with a garden hose or watering can and get rid of the japanese looking pot if it doesnt have a drainage hole. Do not use the fertiliser untill its healthy again.
That was easy wasnt it
