Hello! So my bonsai is just over a year old. I’ve grown him from seed. I’m looking for advice on what are the next steps. He’s looking kinda sad and a bit brown in the very inner needles. I’ve had to prop him up as he’s gotten very top heavy! What should I be doing now? Any advice would be great! Thank you all!

First of all, you don't have a bonsai , you have a sapling of a year old. It will take at least 10-15 years before remotely looking like a bonsai.
Second: it needs to be outside asap, inside it will die without any doubt.
Concerning your question about what to do: sounds strange but just keep it alive. The only thing you need to do the next years is water , fertilise a bit and repot when needed in spring. That's all. Use the time to learn all about bonsai: this site has good online courses, the forum is a library on its own, YouTube, look for a bonsai club near you, etc etc
