Elm Post-Heatwave Care

I've owned following Elm tree for about over half a year now. I noticed however that the past few days (during/after a heat wave) it has been dropping quite a few of its leaves - some of them showing brown tippings, yet most of them still (dark)green-looking.
IDENTITY:
Name: Labelled a Zelkova, but judging by previous forum posts and pictures I suspect this might actually be a Chinese elm. Bought in a general flower/plant store about 7mo ago.
Plant dimensions: 37cm high (incl. pot), 24cm in widest part, trunk base ? 3 cm
Pot dimensions: 18x12x5cm pot
SITUATION:
Location: The tree used to sit in a bright, South-facing windowsill. Since the onset/worsening of symptoms, looking through suggestions on this forum, I have now placed it outside.
It now faces South as well, sits against a wall to minimise drought, where it receives full sun from (i estimate) 11 AM to 8PM.
Observation:
- Browning leaf tips, yellow leaves here and there (mostly small ones) slight defoliation,
- A small amount of leaves seem to have bleached (sunburn?)
- Bark chipping; I have read this is common in Elms? We're talking about two 0.7x0.5cm bark pieces from the foot of the tree
- Has experienced a +/- 1-week period of increased temperature, decreased humidity and light (closed blinds part of the day to keep heat out).
BACKGROUND:
Context: I am located in Belgium. The last week/few weeks there has been a heat wave with temperatures going up to 36°C (outside) and about 30°C inside.
For the next week, temps outside will soften a bit with highs of 27 and lows of 15°C.
Care: Watering every 5 to 7 days, or when the top layer of 'soil' is dry, using rainwater - watering until it comes out the drainage holes.
Liquid bonsai fertilizer (brand Compo) every two weeks.
I remove unhealthy looking leaves weekly by hand.
ASSESSMENT:
.. After reading "Help my 名媛直播 is dying"
.. After reading "Help! My 名媛直播 is losing leaves"
.. After reading "Chinese elm (Ulmus Parviflora) Care Guide"
.. After reading "Repotting 名媛直播"
.. After reading "名媛直播 soil"
I am suspecting the tree has experienced stress mostly due to the heat period, potentially having stood dry for a while and getting inadequate light.
I placed it outside in the hope of propping up its chances of survival, increasing humidity and light intensity
I am contemplating changing the soil (seems to be pure akadama now) to a mix of different materials. However, I am hesitant to do that now since the tree is seemingly less healthy,
has already gone through quite some changes recently ànd is in the middle of growing season.
However, this would give me an opportunity to see its roots.
Some sources recommend fertilizing bonsais during the growing period weekly.. Not sure if I should increase that frequency.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter. Thanks in advance.

So you are saying that the observations I'm making here (some degree of leaf-tip browning, leaves dropping, bark chunks falling off) are all to be expected and are no reason for concern?
Or rather, to be expected given the circumstances it has been in?
Also, I added two more pictures of the foliage.

Thanks for the reply, Frank!FrankC wrote: your tree looks fine, the only thing I would do, is not to put it in front of the wall. The wall stores the heat, put your tree somewhere between other green, like maybe some shrubs. Otherwise give it some shadow on the hottest hour of the day. But the heatwave seems to be over, so I guess you're doing OK.

I'll look for alternative locations where I could place my tree.
I'm living in West Flanders, Bruges region

That was the fist thought that came to.my mind.
Radiation.
It's better having it far away from any walls.

Got it, I managed to find it a better spot.
Thank you!
