Hi I planted lots of acorns earlier this year and didn't expect so many to come up. Im hoping to maybe bonsai four or five of them. I was wondering if I could repot them into individual pots now or whether it would be better to wait till early spring next year? also when would it be best to start fertilising them?
as far as Im aware there is a couple of varieties here but Im only aware that one is deciduous and I believe there is a native evergreen oak holm oak I think. Im in the South of England and would really appreciate your expertise. I would also like to plant some of them in the woods as I just have to many and feel it would be the right thing to do.
would also appreciate some advice on which ones may make the best bonsai or maybe that would be too early to tell. Also when would be best to start pruning?

kind regards Lewis
