Hello friends! I’m bothering everyone again on how to prune this schefflera plant. Please do advise me on how to go about it.
Also should I trim those new shoots growing from beneath trunk as shown in pics? I desperately need help guys!!!

I would prune the first lower sucker from the left side and nothing else.
It needs to grow.
