Yellowing Leaves

Hello,
I have a Fukien Tea tree that hasn't been doing very well lately. I've posted a few pictures, the first being the rich, dark green color that the leaves typically have. However, from the other pictures, you can see the leaves are turning a lighter, almost yellowish-green. New leaves are also coming out light green, and many of the leaves are dying and falling off. Recently, I went through a bout of both fungal gnats and spider mites. I treated the tree with a sopay water solution, which I believe has taken care of the mites. The gnats are an ongoing issue, but I've drastically reduced my watering to try to curb this issue (as this forum has suggested for others).
Currently, the tree is under a grow lamp and a small humidifier, which are the conditions I kept it in all winter and which it thrived under. Since summer, I was keeping it in the kitchen next to a bright window, which is where most of these issues started. I'm not sure if there are more underlying issues here. I've done my best to treat the pest problems, I'm just not sure what else is plaguing the tree. Any advice or opinions would be very helpful. Thanks

The problem is that it’s inside- there is no such thing as an inside tree. Because it’s a Fukien you can let it survive during winter in our homes, but in the long run they die. So, outside with it, first in the shade, and gradually into the sun. The spider mites will leave too
